The Sabrosa Cafe & Gallery COVID-19 Safety Plan gives some history about our response to the the pandemic as well as illustrating our current efforts toward providing the safest experience for our guests and staff based on guidelines from the City of Milwaukee Health Department.
Our dining room is open at a reduced capacity. Dining room is professionally sanitized and tables are spaced 6 feet apart with individual bottles of hand sanitizer. Please wait in your car until the complete party has arrived. New, outdoor covered seating available.
Servers and staff have been trained to properly wear cloth face masks at all times. Wrapped, disposable utensils (fork, spoon, knife, napkin) and disposable straws and cups available upon request. There are no shared condiments. To accommodate our reduced capacity, there is a 75 minute limit on seating.
We are currently accepting credit card payments only. No cash. No separate checks.
Please wear a mask when not at your table. Tables and chairs are thoroughly sanitized after each guest. Restrooms are disinfected every two hours and wiped down more frequently. Hand sanitizer and tissues are available throughout the building. All surfaces are thoroughly disinfected multiple times a day using hospital-grade virucidal cleaners. Frequent hand washing is encouraged. All staff completes and logs a temperature and symptom check at the beginning of their shift; employees showing any symptoms of COVID-19 will quarantine at home until they pass a COVID-19 test. Guests are kindly asked to stay at home if they are showing any symptoms of COVID-19. The restaurant is professionally cleaned and sanitized.
